Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds unless stated otherwise. Our products come with a warranty that defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Warranty Policy
Services where a specific issue is identified and addressed will be warrantied for 30 days. Services include (but not limited to) HDMI port repair, stick drift repair, no-power issues, charging port replacements, etc.. If the issue re-appears, and not due to misuse or after-repair damage, then an additional repair will be available at no additional cost. The device will need to be inspected prior to a repair or refund to ensure it qualifies.
Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a refund if they choose to opt out of the no-cost repair mentioned in the Warranty Policy and the item qualifies. Customers are also entitled to a refund if they purchase a defective product sold on our site.
